No, I’m not talking about raiding the cupboard for some salt and pepper or some origano or tarragon. I’m talking about adding to your income using the Seasons.
And in particular, the holiday seasons, Xmas, Easter, Thanks Giving, Hallowe’en and other celebration days.
I’m actually witing this post from Turkey. And no, I’m NOT sitting basking in the sun by a glittering swimming pool sipping a ridiculous-looking cocktail. I’m actually sitting in a large sweater on my hotel room balcony, shivvering and watching lightning streak across the sky and the rain pouring down!!
So why am I shivvering in Turkey? Well, my husband makes his money from the Seasons… he’s a landscape gardener and the summer season is the time when he makes most of his money. He flat refused to leave the UK in the summer so we could have a holiday! Grrr!! So here we are in Turkey, searching for the sun and trying to escape the cold and wet of England for a few days. Typical!
Of course, all this ruminating on the seasons got me thinking about how I, as an internet marketer, can take advantage of the Seasons to make some extra cash. For example, with Xmas looming now is a great time to get myself over to Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk and see what’s going to be hot giftwise — what are people going to be searching for to buy as gifts.
And then there’s the inevitable and somewhat tedious task of creating a website with all the mucking around with html and .php to promote the products, either that or I have to pay someone to create one or more for me – arrghh!
But I’ve found the solution…
I can show you how you can create your own professional-looking website without using any html .php, plugins, cascading style sheets, MySQL databases and all the other technical bumph that goes with it. And, you can get it started and finished TODAY!
What’s more, you can promote any product or service you like with just the click of your mouse.
If you’re not into Xmas, why not create a website around another holiday, Easter, for example, or Valentines Day? And you don’t have to stick to the holiday seasons. Do you have a great product or service in mind that you want to promote? A hosting service, an eBook, a coaching program? Why not create a website around that?
A great trick that not many people know about, and I’ll probably be deeply unpopular for is this….
Say, for example, you know that the Panasonic TX-L32X15 32-inch Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV is hot at the moment — why not go an grab the domain name tx-l32x12.com and set your website up on that domain.
All you need to do then is copy the blurb about the product that you find on Amazon (or other affiliate program), rewrite it a little, swap a few paragraphs round and add this to your website as content.
You can do this with any product you wish to promote (be careful with trademarked names, though)
Alternatively, you might like to make your whole website about widescreen LCD TV’s — a kind of review site — and place your affiliate links to several products on the site. It’s entirely up to you.
So, how do I create this website and can I make as many of these websites as I wish?
The only place you can get your hands on this webiste, a website that you can create over and over and over again; a website that you can create multiple streams of income from; a website that you can design the way you wish; a website that you can set up in about an hour with no html, .php or technical knowledge is from John Thornhill and Dave Nicholson at Multi Profit Websites.
John and Dave have been working on this amazing system for nearly 3 years. I can seriously vouch for that as each time I’ve met up with them this has been virtually all they’ve talked about! To be honest, I was beginning to think they would never get it finished. But after looking at it and test running it myself, I’m not suprised it has taken so long. I know that they have listened to everyone’s requirements…..
I want to put up a website with no technical knowledge
I want a website that looks good with lots of different themes and templates
I want a website that I can promote products from not only the big affilite programs like Amazon an eBay but I want to be able to add my own
I want a website that I can build a mailing list from
I want a website that will make me money
and on and on….. each request that came in, so John and Dave listened and added the functions. Superb! Seriously!
So if you’ve got products in mind that you want to promote for Xmas (or even Hallowe’en which is only a few days away) you can get started today. But think beyond the seasons — I’m sure you have loads of ideas flying around in your head, I know I do! The possibilities are endless.
Check out Multi Profit Websites right now and if you decide it’s something that floats your boat, grab it pretty sharpish as it launches today and like many of these sought after products there are only a few quick action bonuses and an this is an introductory price. Once the bonuses are gone (and there aren’t that many available, only 50!) then they’re gone and once the introductory price runs out, you’ll be kicking yourself you didn’t get in at the beginning.
Take a look at the bonuses on offer — I can vouch for every single one of them as I’ve tested them all out without exception and you will find reviews of many of them on this blog. Additionally, I have added my own personal bonus…
Now as I’m in Turkey at the moment, I don’t have the facilities to create some splendid tutorial videos (not needed anyway as the tutorial videos for Multi Profit Websites in the Membership Area are fantastic), but I am happy to offer to the first 10 (ten) people that purchase MPW through my link Personal
Troubleshooting and Ideas Generation with ME!
I’m not going to say that my time is worth X-amount of dollars, as many marketers do. My time is only worth to you what you get out of it – if you feel tha I don’t help you, then my time is worth nothing to you. However, I’ve been around the block a few times in this crazy internet marketing world, so most will agree that I pretty much know what I’m doing!! I am happy to offer you any advice an support on any aspect of Multi Profit Websites, including setting up, troubleshooting, idea generation etc etc. You can email me whenever you wish and we will also arrange a special call on Skype, or a chat on MSN where you can ask me as many questions as you wish in an hour.
then email me your clickbank receipt, and I’ll come back to you to discuss when we can chat.
Have fun creating your websites and I sincerely hope you get `in’ in time for the other brilliant bonuses offered
Keep your fingers crossed for me that it stops raining, and that I can do a bit of sunbathing tomorrow. I’m off to try a bit of belly dancing now – and believe me there’s a fair bit of belly to be dancing with!!
Things have been going a bit ballistic around here the past week or so. You might know that I run a hosting company, D9Hosting.com with my biz partner, Dan Thompson, and we’ve been run off our feet getting ready to launch our new-look website with our new packages and prices – so I’m sure you can imagine, my head’s spinning a bit and I’ve been pulling a few all-nighters.
Couple this with the fact that my eldest son is about to start senior school in a couple of months and I’ve been rushing around getting him all kitted out for that – arrghh!! Juggling, juggling, lol.
Anyway, because of all this I’ve been a bit slow on the up-take letting my readers know about Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program that opened the other day. And there’s no way I can do a proper endorsement until I’ve had the pre-requisite `Paula Brett nosey-parker rummage around:)
First of all, if you’re reading this today, i.e. 29th June, there are only a few spaces left. Yes, I know, that’s what everyone says, but seriously, I was in on Alex’s last coaching course and I KNOW that he really does shut the door with a huge clang when the numbers are met and the slightly overweight lady sings.
BUT… if you’d like to know more about why I’m recommending you don’t miss out on this…. read on…
I first started chatting to Alex on, of all places, Twitter. You know, the usual banter backwards and forwards. Then we sent each other a few DMs and Alex sent me some links to some of products.
He told me that he was starting a coaching course and that he was really excited about it. I wished him luck with it and hoped that it would go well for him and his new students. He then invited me onto the coaching to take a look (I think my reputation for being a nosey-parker and having a good old rummage around preceeds me, lol)
This was really exciting for me, as I’d never really had the opportunity to see behind the scenes on something like this before. Of course, you probably know that I was involved in, my mentor, John Thornhill’s coaching but this was going to be different.
Not only was Alex Jeffreys someone who I didn’t know very well, but I didn’t know a great deal about his methods and modus operandi. I decided to try an experiment and put myself back in the `newbie’ mindset, to try and see if this course would’ve been the magic button for me back when I was first starting out.
From November last year to February this year, I can tell you, I was spellbound. Alex is one of the most innovative and exciting marketers around today, and I really mean that.
He’s full of energy and the best thing is, he’s totally down to earth, he might even be a little too down to earth for some people who aren’t keen on hearing the odd expletive here and there!!
But seriously, every week I couldn’t wait for the next webinar. Yes, I attended every single one and boy were they marathons.
Alex would speak on his topic for the week and then he would take questions. And it wasn’t just the odd question, he would answer every single one of the questions that his students asked.
Impossible you say, but no, it wasn’t. Sometimes he would answer questions for 3 or 4 hours, and he wouldn’t log off until everyone had their answers, he was so dedicated to every single one of his students succeeding and not being left behind. Impressive!
I actually met Alex, in person, in February, when I attended an event in London. This was a big thing for me, as I’d never had the nerve to step out from behind my computer screen and meet other marketers face to face before.
John Thornhill and Dave Nicholson had invited me too, but I procrastinated and evaded. Too scared, too nervous!!
Then Alex said you’ve GOT to come and he bugged and bugged and bugged me until I relented. I was even fashionably late and he Twittered me the whole time I was driving to the event. Every 10 minutes i was getting bleeps on my phone from Twitter “where are you” “are you nearly here yet”
Despite my initial fear, I was so glad I went. Alex and his other students kept me laughing and chatting and swapping ideas for 12 whole hours. I arrived at 4.30 in the afternoon and I didn’t leave that hotel bar until 4.30 in the morning. I have to say, I was the only sober one and I was able to take a few embarrassing photos of the `lads’
Dave Nicholson, Dan Briffa, Alex Jeffreys, John Thornhill, Dean Holland, Me, Mark Austin
Recently, Alex held an end-of-course, free, two-day seminar in Las Vegas for his students and I decided that I had to follow things through till the end and attend this. I wanted to meet more of his students and to see how they’d faired on the course, how they’d come along since the beginning, the previous November.
Me, Gary Simpson, Nikki Stephens, Rob Brooks, Lesley Morgan
And I could kill two birds with one stone — I also wanted to meet up with Omar Martin,
OK, OK, I admit it…. I also fancied a fun junket to Vegas! There, I’ve said it!
Mike Filsaime, Me
I have to say I was absolultely delighted to meet up with some of Alex’s students and to swap stories of how they’d done during and after being on his coaching course. Obviously, not all of Alex’s students were able to make it to Vegas, but the ones who did all have an amazing story to tell about Alex’s coaching and how it helped them.
Garry Parkes openly admits that he wouldn’t have any of the success he has online now if it hadn’t been for Alex’s coaching.
Dean Holland actually decided he was going to quit his job when he returned from Vegas and he did. And all because he got in on Alex’s coaching course.
Nikki Stephens, Garry Parkes, Me
Dan Briffa (who refers to me as his second mother, which I’m sure ages me!!!) made $6k in the couple of weeks before he flew out to Vegas, and again, swears he wouldn’t have done so without Alex’s coaching
Mike Ottman has also quit his job just a few months after finishing Alex’s last coaching course.
And there were tons of other success stories from normal, every day, fun, hard-working, like-minded people, all determined to succeed, all proactive enough to get themselves a mentor, listen to his advice and align themselves with Alex Jeffreys and his method of marketing online for maximum impact and monetary results.
So, I have to say…
I’ve met the man, was impressed.
I’ve seen the coaching, was impressed.
I’ve met the students and seen the results — again, very impressive!
Of course, grabbing yourself a mentor and following a coaching programme may not be for you. You might be quite happy as you are, but I would seriously urge you to at least take a look with an open mind — it could be something that changes your life and takes you to the next level.
Oh, and if you feel that one lump sum payment is a bit too much to pay out in one go, Alex has made things easy by introducing a payment plan, so together with the 60-day money back guarantee, you might at least dip your toe in, join up, follow along, meet some great people, forge some great relationships for the future, swap ideas, learn and go forward with your online business. I can promise you, you won’t regret it.
I received a very clever email the other day. At first I thought it was some kind of joke or spam or something.
Why?
Because it was from top internet marketer Jimmy D. Brown, creator of the highly successful Membernaire. Why would a massive marketer like Mr. Brown be opening a ticket on my support desk?
That’s right, this wasn’t just any old autoresponder email plopping into my inbox resulting from me signing up to a mailing list. It was actually a personal message from Mr. Brown himself. Sheesh!
Jimmy told me that he’d written an article on his blog and linked to a great post that he’d found on my blog, he’d also included links to a few other posts on various other high traffic blogs.
He asked if I would be prepared to post his article on my blog so that we could mutually benefit from the traffic – what a fantastic idea!
So what’s in it for me (WIIFM) and what’s in it for him?
Obviously, Jimmy’s a pretty clever guy and if you run your own blog, regardless of the niche, take note and defintely try something like this yourself…..
Task: Find other bloggers in your niche and research blog posts that are informative, well-written and that have had a good response (check out how many comments have been received to that post). Pay particular attention to blog post titles such as
“6 Top Tips for…”
“27 Ways To….”
“101 Benefits of….”
these type of `list’ articles are very popular!
Benefit: Your readers will love the fact that you are presenting them with great content on the niche that they are interested in.
Task: Create your own blog post around the articles that you have selected, include an introduction and an explanation of why you think your readers will find the articles helpful.
Benefit: If you’re a blogger that sometimes struggles for article ideas this is an excellent starting point. Sometimes it just takes a small nudge in the right direction, a chink of an idea and you’re off and running.
Task:. Contact the writers of the blog posts you are linking to and tell them you enjoyed their post and that you have included it in a post on your own blog.
Benefit: It’s a fantastic idea to participate in the blogging community and what better way than to communicate with other bloggers. Most bloggers are delighted to get a ping back or link back from fellow bloggers. It puts you on the radar in your niche and you can build some great relationships. Who knows where it could lead!
Task: Ask those whose articles you have used if they would be willing to post your article on their blog, or at least link back to your article.
Benefit: Remember, this is all about traffic. If you linking to other blogs they will get a pingback or notification that you are doing so and they will come and check you out. If you are mutually linking, you will both benefit from the flow of traffic from both sets of readers and search engine traffic.
How have I benefitted from this?
Check out the three screen shots below. You’ll see that prior to Jimmy’s article and link to my blog, which he posted on 29th April, I was receiving no traffic from his blog at all. And the same goes for other contributors who also posted Jimmy’s article on their blogs, Terry Dean and Carrie Lauth. However, look at the spikes of traffic after Jimmy and the others had posted.
Traffic from Jimmy D. Brown’s Blog
Traffic From Terry Dean’s Blog
Traffic From Carrie Lauth’s Blog
Task: Ensure that you have some kind of sign up box on your blog to capture email addresses for your mailing list, together with a prominent RSS button so that visitors can subscribe to your blog feed. Give your visitors every opportunity to keep up with what you’re doing on Twitter, Friendfeed and other social networking platforms by displaying the relevant links and icons in prominent places.
Benefit: Why waste all this free traffic? If your visitors like what they read why wouldn’t they want to sign up for your free product or report. If you’re publishing great content, they’ll want to know when you next post again and sign up to your RSS feed, perhaps.
Start to build a relationship with your visitors, make them regulars, get to know them via email, Twitter – communicate with them and build your following.
So, without further ado, my thanks to Jimmy D. Brown for including me – below is his excellent article. I hope my regular readers will enjoy the great content that he’s selected and if you’re a new visitor to my blog, welcome, and I hope you visit again
“Have you ever wished someone would do all of the “research” for you so you could just cut to the chase? I know I have. There have been many times I’d like to not waste hours of my life sifting through low-quality articles and blog posts to find the occasional gem.
If only someone else had written this article for me to read a long time ago. Fortunately, I’m gonna save you the trouble of getting double vision from staring at your computer screen trying to find some good internet marketing reads.
Below you’ll find some great “tips based” blog posts that are filled with meaty ideas. Some of these authors you’ve probably heard of, some you might not have heard of. All deserve to be included for providing some golden nuggets in their content.“
Yep that’s right, my laptop is so hot you could fry an egg on it. Sadly, that’s not a clever euphemism for “wow, my laptop’s on fire cos I’m churning out so much work”!
My laptop really is like Mount Vesuvius, waiting to erupt at any minute!
For the past month or so, every time I put my laptop on my lap, I ended up with scorched thighs, which I can assure you, isn’t a pretty sight! I know Rod Stewart opined on the virtues of Hot Legs, but this is ridiculous!
I’ve never really been a `laptoppy’ person until August last year, when just before I was due to whizz off on holiday , my PC decided to have a hairy fit and start spewing blue screens of death at me and all sorts of other technical unmentionables -arrghh!
So I took the bull by the horns and steamed into my nearest store and grabbed a laptop that I thought looked rather attractive. I know, attractiveness is not a good criteria to choose a laptop but I was pretty desperate and it was just as good as Eeny Meeny Miny Mo!
Now up until a couple of weeks ago, all was well with Lysander the laptop, he was a rather spritely boy and I became rather addicted to him. In fact, he encouraged me to become terribly lazy. Who could be bothered to fire up the old PC and sit perched there as winter was approaching, enduring frozen fingers and toes, when Lysander was beckoning me enticingly; positively luring me to jump on the couch, cover my feet with a quilt and flip his enormously attractive lid?
But, suddenly, inexplicably I thought, the laptop started to cut out. Black screen… nothing! Bizarre. I couldn’t start him up again he just wouldn’t put out.
At first I thought I’d got one of those deadly viruses – blamed Thing 1 and Thing 2 for downloading dodgy games and getting me infected.
Every day, this would happen more and more. Depending on what I was doing on the `puter, it would just shut down with no warning. If I was watching a video I could hear the fan chugging and working like a Trojan. If I was running a few programs at once, woah, the fan was working overtime and that thing was heating up like a pubescent boy at a Miss World beauty contest.
The mouse pad was turning into a ceramic hob and the underneath of the laptop was growing more pyroclastic by the minute giving me more than just a sharp crease in my trousers!
Time to hit Google, type in my model name and number and see what happens.
Phew. How comforting. there were tons of people who were all experiencing the same problem as me. It’s odd, isn’t it, how you always feel better when you find other people that are having the same problems as you – you just don’t feel so alone, somehow!!
What Causes a Laptop to Overheat?
Using your machine intensively, makes the hard drive, the central processing unit (CPU) and video systems work at a high capacity. If you do a lot of gaming on your laptop, or run a lot of programs at one time such as Photoshop or Dreamweaver, these will be causing the CPU to work some overtime. I particularly notice my lappy heating up when a virus scan is running. So, the harder your laptop is working, the hotter your processor will get.
Keeping your laptop in an hot environment, very hot room, near to a radiator/heater etc. contributes to over-heating
The make and model of your laptop determines whether it may have a propensity to overheating - i.e. if your model’s design does not allow for adequate ventilation.
If you obstruct the existing ventilation in any way e.g. use it on a bed, blanket, quilt etc
Allowing fibres and dust to enter the ventilation area.
Plugging in USB devices such as dongles and external hard drives puts a load on the processor
How Do I Know if I Have an Overheating Problem?
It’s important to remember that there is a difference between your laptop getting hot and actually overheating. If you aren’t sure if your laptop is truly overheating, look out for the following
If your laptop suddenly shuts down for no reason – this often means the fail safe system in the computer has kicked in when it hits a certain temperature
You may become aware of the fan working more often and sounding louder and/or more vigorous than normal as it tries to cool the computer down
Memory operation errors
Your laptop is scorching hot to touch in certain areas
Your laptop is running slower than usual
What Damage Can Overheating Cause?
Your laptop can suffer quite extensive damage and require you to replace major components, which could prove to be expensive.
You can actually cause damage to yourself. My report of singed thighs was slightly exaggerated but, believe it or not, cases of burned genitalia and legs are common. Some medical reports also attribute fertility problems to excessive heat from a laptop.
What Do I Do if my Laptop is Overheating?
Try to keep your laptop on a cool, hard surface. The majority of models have their ventilation underneath, so if you were daft enough to think that because it’s called a laptop it’s ok to have it on your lap (doh), think again. You may well be in danger of obstructing the ventilation. Ensure that air can circulate all around the laptop, especially underneath.
Keep all the vents clear of dirt, fluff, dust and fibres.
Only connect USB devices when you need to use them.
Use the powersaving functions of your laptop, helps to prevent overheating and also extend the battery life
I hope this helps any of you who are experiencing similar problems. I’m pleased to say that Lysander is behaving perfectly once again after I ordered him this nifty new notebook cooler and my legs are now recovering from that motley, corned beef look :0
Today’s the day that John Thornhill unleashes his much anticipated Marketing Masterclass and judging by how many people jumped in on his Early Bird contact list, places are going to be really tight when the doors open to the public later on at 5 p.m. EST.
For many, grabbing a place on this much coveted course is going to be a no-brainer. John has already been running a highly successful coaching course for the last year and has proved over and over throughout that time that he knows his onions!
I’ve personally been involved with many of his past students either on the hosting side when they have hosted their websites with us at D9 Hosting, or on the product creation side where John has used my best-selling Operation eBook as part of his course material. And I haven’t spoken to anyone that hasn’t raved about the quality of the materials
This course is SUBSTANTIAL – it will last for a full 36 weeks.
By the end of the 2nd week you will have your own website online and ready to start making you money. By the end of the course, your website will be established, you will have your own product to sell and you will have started your own list of subscribers.
Every week you will receive your course material with step-by-step instructions for the tasks you need to complete that week.
And there are a couple of extra bonuses to this course too.
1. You will be able to participate in `live’ webinars where John will be coaching you in real time and where you will be able to ask him questions. For those that miss a webinar or who can’t make it for any reason, recordings will be available for you to listen to at your own leisure.
2. You will be able to watch John create a product in real time over the course in front of your eyes. He won’t just be saying “step 1 do this, step 2 do that” and leave you to it.
He’ll actually be creating his own product along with you, so you can literally watch over his shoulder what he does. And guess what,he’ll be giving that product to you at the end of the course, so in fact you’ll have two brand new products to sell at the end of the course, your own one, and his!
Things to consider if you’re not sure the 36 week Marketing Masterclass is right for you?
I need a quick fix – I need to pay off some debts by the end of February
If this is what you’re looking for, this course isn’t for you. Don’t buy it, it won’t work for you. Marketing Masterclass is a carefully constructed plan to building a long-term online business. As with any construction, your business needs to be built on solid foundations, not something flimsy and short-term that could crash down around your ears at the first gust of wind.
Things are really tight at the moment, the world is in recession, I think this is too expensive for me
If you’re down to your last penny and joining the course means that your kids will go hungry, or you will fall into mortgage arrears, or any other serious financial situation like this – DON’T BUY IT.
However, if things aren’t quite so serious for you, consider how much you spent last year on products to help you with your business.
If you’ve been trying to create a business on-line for a couple of years, or more, consider all the products that you’ve bought in the past, make a list of the $47, $7, $27, $97, $147 products you’ve invested in – products that are probably sitting gathering dust on your hard-drive, products that you’ve probably only given a cursory glance to; products that only give you half of the plan.
Wouldn’t it be better to have the whole plan mapped out in front of you, over 36 weeks, with help on hand whenever you need it, with someone holding your hand?
This isn’t just another eBook that you can skim through and then never open again because it’s asking you to do things that you feel you’re not capable of and the instructions are written by some techy that assumes you know what he’s talking about.
How many individual products would you need to invest in to ferret out all the information you need to get up and running?. How many hours would you need to pour over loads of eBooks to pull together all the information you need to get going?
Are there any guarantees?
Yes and No!
Yes – there is a four-week guarantee! When you sign up for the course, you get to sample the first four weeks materials and if you think it’s a pile of doggy poop, then you can get your money back. BUT, this is highly unlikely. After the 2nd week, when you’ve got your website up and running, you will be raring to get on with the next four weeks
No – it would be impossible to say “hey, take this course and you’ll be a millionaire by the end of the year”
There are no guarantees about anything in life, except of course that we’re all going to die someday!
If you think by joining this course, you can click a few buttons, put up a website and then sit back, switch on the TV and watch your favouite soap for a few months whilst everyone flocks to your website, buys your products and the money rolls into your PayPal account, DON’T BUY IT!
You will need to put in some effort. You will need to be determined. You will need to plan and you will need to be pro-active.
No slackers allowed!
If you’re the kind of person that buys something, takes a quick look, does nothing with the information provided and then gripes that “it’s crap, it didn’t work“, then DON’T BUY THIS!
This WILL WORK if you follow the course and allow John to show you exactly how to do it.
Will I be left on my own to fend for myself on the WWW (no, not the world wide web but the wild, wild west) when the course finishes?
No you won’t. Because one of the most important things you will do right from the outset when you take this course will be to align yourself with other students. Students who will all be of varying degrees of experience, students who will all have different talents and different areas of expertise.
Most importantly, you will also be aligning yourself with one of the most successful internet marketers online today – John Thornhill.
He will know all his students PERSONALLY. He will be involved with what you’re doing, what you’re trying to achieve and he will be doing everything he can to make sure that he promotes you and your products to his massive list of subscribers.
I know that he will be doing this, because he did it for me. He did it for my business partner, Dan Thompson, and he did it for countless other of my online friends, Randy Smith, Omar Martin, Daniel Sumner, Dave Nicholson — we are all making a full-time living online today because John helped and guided us.
No man is an island (to coin a well-used saying) – we can’t achieve a profitable business on our own. Alligning ourselves with successful, knowledgeable people is a major part of being a success online – forming partnerships, joint ventures, helping and supporting other marketers, becoming involved with what others are doing and asking them to become involved in what you are doing…… all of these are major factors in your success.
I hope that this has helped you come to an informed decison.
Ask yourself this…
Do you need a guided, step-by-step plan to creating a solid, long-term online business with a top name in the internet marketing world guiding and advising you every step of the way, getting to know you personally and perhaps promoting you and your products to his subscribers?
Or are you happy to bumble along trying different methods and systems – working it all out for yourself and hoping that you will hit the jackpot at some time or other not specified?
I hope you make a decision that is best for you. If you do decide that John Thornhill is exactly the right person to help you, then I would be delighted if you chose to sign up for the course using my link.
BONUS TIME
As a thank you for purchasing your coaching course through my link I am offering the following bonuses, which will perfectly compliment the tasks you will be performing in your course – >> CLICK HERE TO VIEW <<
I’ve stumbled across a piece of great software yesterday created by Brad Callen and what’s even better (and surprising) is, it’s absolutely FREEEEEEEE, so I thought I’d tell you about it.
Just as a sidebar, in case you don’t know who Brad Callen is, he’s the SEO and keyword software genius behind such brilliant quality products as SEO Elite and Keyword Elite – so for someone of his calibre to be giving away a piece of his software for free, is pretty darn exciting.
Basically, you install the software and then all you have to do is browse Google, and the software will automatically place a “view keywords” button below any Adwords advertiser’s listing.
If you click the “view keywords” button, you can see the keywords ANY Adwords advertiser is bidding on! Plus, a bunch of other very cool stuff. Yep, you can legally spy on your competitors!
If you’re writing blog posts, or articles, this is a must-have to give you some great ideas for key words, as well as if you’re doing Adwords campaigns.
Until now, nobody had access to this information, except for Google, and the advertisers themselves. I suspect this is going to completely change the way keyword research is done on the internet.
I’ve never seen anything anywhere near this powerful, especially being free – but why not have a play with it yourself and see what you think.
I don’t know how long this application will be free and you will have to give up your email address (so remember which one you used) to download and activate it.
In the 4 years that I’ve known John, I’ve found him to be the most honest, genuine and up-front marketer that I’ve come across.
The thing I like about him is that he doesn’t swan round acting like a big shot. He KNOWS that he can help people AND make money at the same time – and that’s exactly what he does.
John isn’t all about telling you that you can become a millionaire overnight and urging you to buy pie in the sky products thatyou have to jump through hoops to see any return on.
He is all about showing you how you can create a better life for yourself, spend more time with your family and treat your loved ones to some of the nice things they deserve.
Yes, OK, we’d all love to become disgustingly rich overnight, wouldn’t we? But realistically speaking the chances are that this is most unlikely to happen.
I think most of us would settle for a little less than the million dollars – just a nice amount to make things more comfortable – a nice amount to stop us worrying about our bills – a nice amount to give us the choice of where and when we work.
That’s why I suggest you watch this video and see how John Thornhill went from working in a Nissan car factory, doing a mind numbingly boring job and where his friends are now being made redundant, to where he is today – a guy that still works hard but now does it on his own terms – a guy who doesn’t have to wait for the axe to drop at the factory leaving him wondering if he can keep a roof over his family’s head.
And before you watch the video, it’s important that I tell you, for those readers who don’t know much about John (hard to believe!), he isn’t some `fake it till you make it’ guru, crowing over his million dollar lifestyle that probably only exists in his own mind.
Many of you know that I’ve worked with John and been a moderator on his private forum for quite a long time now. So, I’ve personally witnessed all the changes and stages that he’s been through over the past few years and that he talks about in his video. I was on the forum when he talked about quitting his job, when he took his family away on holiday that he could never have afforded previously, when he moved to a bigger and better house……
Even if, for some crazy reason, you don’t fancy watching the video, do download the great free report, which I know will really inspire you for 2009.
Yes, I’ve finally cleared my desk and am ready to launch myself into 2009! A very happy New Year to all my readers. I can feel it in my water that it’s gonna be an exciting year
I expect you think it’s a bit odd that I’m launching my New Year when we’re already half way through January? Well, I have to come clean and tell you that when I look back at 2008, I was a bit skittish; a bit flighty; a bit of a flibbity-gibbit. I don’t know why but I just couldn’t settle down and finish many of the things I started.
I’m sure you know the scenario…. you have this brain-wave, this fantastic idea for a product or a project, you get all excited about it and you rush off and buy the domain name — you get started, then something else grabs your attention and you’re off on another tangent. And by the time you get back to that original idea, your enthusiasm has wained, or the project doesn’t seem like such a good idea after all!
Well, I feel as if this happened to me quite a lot in 2008 and it bugged the hell out of me all year. It was like I was floating outside of my body and watching myself doing it; being aware of it, knowing that it was gnawing away at me but refusing to do anything to put a stop to it. I was just coasting along. Not a great feeling!
Of course, I was still making money from my products and projects that were completed but I wasn’t pushing myself to go on and `rinse and repeat’, which is what I talked so much about in my first post of 2008 when I was looking back at what I’d done in 2007.
It was only when I was chatting to my friend, Peggy Baron, on Twitter and she told me that that post was her favourite and she asked me if I was going to make a similar post looking back at 2008, that I started to really assess my performance last year in the cold, hard light of day.
I wasn’t impressed and I have to say it was quite uncomfortable!
Too many half finished, half realised projects – that’s what last year was all about for me. So, that’s why I’m only now saying that I’m ready to launch myself into 2009. Like an office worker who has to clear their intray by the end of the each day, I couldn’t say goodbye to last year until I had cleared my 2008 intray. So, I’ve spent couple of weeks going through all my stuff – my online real estate, as some people like to call it.
I’ve scrapped some projects that were half started, so they won’t bug me this year, they won’t be at the back of my head yelling “finish me”. And, most importantly of all, I’ve taken steps to go ahead and finish other projects that are viable and that I still have enthuisiasm for and that I still believe in.
I feel that I’m starting 2009 with a great weight lifted off my shoulders.
So for me, 2009 is all about
Discipline and planning
Following things through to the very end
Staying focussed
Risking failure
Bursting through that membranous wall that is my comfort zone and surprising myself
How about you? Can you relate to some of the things I’ve mentioned? Were there things you did in 2008 that you’re determined to kick to the curb this year? Are you starting this fresh New Year of 2009 with optimism and enthusiasm? Do leave a comment and tell me how you’re going to be moving forward this year.
You may remember back in July that I alerted readers to Seth Godin’s new Triiibes project. Seth Godin, the creater of Squidoo, writes such an inspirational blog – indeed it’s one of my favourites – I always come away from it shaking my head in sheer admiration.
Seth has posted his most popular blog posts, (measured by click popularity) over on his blog – starting with
Well, it’s Christmas Day, the waiting is over…. Santa and his reindeer have been and gone, leaving half a mince pie and a few crumbs of chewed carrot behind them.
To say that I’m totally exhausted by it all, is putting it mildly. Thing 1 and Thing 2 decided that 5.30 this morning was a suitable time to wake mum and dad (and probably the rest of the street) and now our sitting room resembles the aftermath of an explosion in a paper factory. Both Things are ultra-hyper on chocolate!
Thing 2 is bouncing around the house headbanging to Pink on his new iPod, yelling tunelessly “na na na na nana na I wanna start a fight“. I am sure he must have it on at full volume, cos I can barely hear the TV over that deeply annoying fizzing, tinny sound coming from the headphones.
Thing 1 is making in-roads into his £10 airtime that came with his new mobile `phone, by send text messages to everyone he knows. His thumbs are made of steel and they’re flying – are kids born with the ability to text at the speed of light? And why does that bleeping “you’ve received a text message” sound every 2 minutes make you want to drop the `phone in a bucket of water?
My husband is in the kitchen, cooking a ridiculously large turkey (I suspect he’s trying to keep out of the way); Shark Tale is on the TV, and I’m seriously contemplating pouring myself a sneaky vodka, even though it’s only 3.30 in the afternoon!
I’m proud to tell you that today I’ve been a Guitar Hero, found out that I’m not so Wii Fit, shot basketballs at a net in the freezing cold and played Pro Evolution Soccer on the Playstation.
After all that, I’ve realised I’m still in my PJs, so I’m off to take a hot bath and relaaaaaaax.
But before I do, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a happy and joyous Christmas. I do hope you are all having as wonderful a time with your families as I am. And for all those that can’t be with their families this Christmas, I sincerely hope you’re reunited with them very soon.
